Delivery takes approximately 4-5 days with DHL Courier, depending on your location local tax maybe applied.

 FREE SHIPPING OPTION can take 10 plus days to arrive depending on location.

(We offer the zero cost Airmail in good faith, it may take time, and will have limited tracking)

Online tracking available on all shipments.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided.

DHL Shipping charges are fixed at $35 USD per pair to anywhere.

  • Shoes for return must be dispatched within 7 days of the arrival date.
  • Any marks on the outsoles will void the exchange. Please test the shoes only on clean carpet to avoid marking the outsoles of the shoes and creases in the leather.
  • Any major creases in the leather may void the exchange. You can prevent this from occurring by ensuring that the laces are loose before placing your feet inside, by using a shoehorn, and by not bending the shoes forward too much when walking. Forcing your feet into the shoes will cause the leather to crease.
  • Once an exchange is issued, refunds are no longer accepted.
  • Special requests for custom-made orders must only be written in the comments at the time of purchase, additional requests given via emails during production may not be used.
  • Cancellation of custom-made and regular orders during production, after completion, upon dispatch, during transit will result in a restocking fee of 100 USD
  • ON-SALE (On sale section within the app) Shoes are nonrefundable. Bespoke orders are un-refundable
  • Parcels abandoned/uncollected and returned to the incorrect address may well be destroyed and no refund issued, Parcels uncollected by Airmail will be resent if returned to our factory. 
  • No return shipping is offered under any circumstance.
  • Lastly: If you become a regular customer of The Last Shoemaker, the return shipping fee's are made up for with discounted future orders ;)
